Q: Who is behind RE Webdesign?

An independent studio. You have one fixed point of contact — from the first briefing to handover. No passing through subcontractors, no agency layers. That keeps the process fast (2–3 weeks) and direct — no briefing lost in translation.

Q: How long does it take?

From briefing to launch typically 2–3 weeks. Clear dates from day one: request and briefing in the first 1–2 days, concept, design and copy between day 3 and 10, build, tests and handover from day 11. You always know where your project stands.

Q: How does payment work?

A one-time setup fee (€99) secures your slot, conveniently via Stripe link — classic bank transfer on request. Then €20/month via Stripe subscription for hosting, domain, maintenance and small edits. No hourly rate, no big sum upfront — cancel monthly.

Q: How many revisions are included?

During the build, two revision rounds are included — we refine until it fits. After launch, small changes (texts, images, new content) simply continue through your subscription, within about 60 minutes per month. Larger rebuilds or entirely new features are a separate project — we say so clearly in advance. No hidden time tracking.

Q: Why not WordPress or a website builder?

Both are compromises that cost you later. WordPress: constant plugin updates, security patches, slow load times. Builders: generic design, platform lock-in, sluggish on mobile. We build every site from scratch — faster, more secure, custom. No plugins that break. No lock on your code.

Q: What happens after handover?

With the website subscription you don't have to worry about anything: hosting, domain, SSL, updates and small content changes are included in the monthly price. Want to move on later? On cancellation you receive an export backup of your website and access to the domain. Cancel monthly, no long lock-in.

Q: What does a multilingual website cost?

German + English is included at no surcharge — including translation, a dedicated URL per language and a language switcher. The monthly price stays at €20. Three or more languages are an individual offer, depending on translation scope — we clarify that via WhatsApp.

Q: I already have a website — can you improve it?

Yes. A no-obligation website check: we analyze your current site and tell you concretely what's driving customers away and where inquiries are lost. Then you decide calmly — improve it in a targeted way or rebuild. We honestly recommend what makes more sense.
