We take privacy seriously. Your data is processed only on the basis of statutory provisions or your consent — and only to the extent required to operate the site and respond to your request.
1. What data we collect
When you access the site, technical access data is processed in server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested page). This data is used solely for technical security and is not analysed on a personal level.
When you use our intake form, the enterprise form or the direct contact channels (email, WhatsApp), we process the data you submit:
- Name and company
- Email address, phone (optional), website (optional)
- Selected package, language option, care choice (intake form)
- Project type, budget indication, desired start, description (enterprise)
- Your message and any additional information
- Consent to data processing
2. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data exclusively to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate about your project.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). We do not share your data with third parties — except for the processors listed below.
3. Analytics with Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure usage of our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymised usage statistics (page views, session duration, device class, referrer, approximate region at country/city level — IP addresses are anonymised before storage).
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). Before you grant consent in the cookie banner no tracking cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google (Google Consent Mode v2, default “denied”).
Retention: 14 months by default (Google standard). Processing takes place in the EU; for any transfers to the United States we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

4. Form delivery via EmailJS
For form delivery we use the service EmailJS (EmailJS Inc., USA). EmailJS acts as a processor — data is transmitted via TLS encryption and used only to deliver your message to our inbox.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). For transfers to the USA we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as well as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
More information: emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy.
5. WhatsApp contact
This site contains a link to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). When you click the WhatsApp button you are redirected to wa.me. Data processing by WhatsApp/Meta only begins there — we have no influence over it.
WhatsApp's privacy terms apply: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
6. Hosting on Vercel
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Hosting may involve storing technical access data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) in server logs. This data is used solely to provide the site technically and is not analysed on a personal level.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely). A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with Vercel. For transfers to the USA we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as well as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
More information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
7. Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary storage mechanisms are used (for example to remember your language). No consent is required for these (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG).
8. Storage period
Enquiries received via the intake form, the enterprise form or by email are stored only for as long as needed to process them — at the latest after six months we delete the data unless a business relationship has been established.
Once we are engaged, retention extends in line with commercial and tax-law requirements (up to ten years, § 257 HGB, § 147 AO).
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Information about the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Bavaria this is the Bavarian Data Protection Commissioner, datenschutz-bayern.de.
11. External links
This site contains links to external websites (e.g. WhatsApp, Google Analytics, EmailJS). The respective operators are solely responsible for the content and data protection practices of those external sites.
12. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to adjust this privacy policy if necessary — for example following changes to the services we use or to applicable law. The current version is always available on this page.
